EnerNOC, a leading provider of demand response and energy efficiency solutions, has an immediate need for a Systems Analyst to join our world-class IT organization. As a Systems Analyst, you will combine your excellent customer service, analytical and technical skills to deliver continuous improvements to EnerNOC’s instance, as well as to other third-party applications. You will partner with key stakeholders across the company to define requirements and to design, test and deliver the required changes. The Systems Analyst must display strong customer service skills working with internal employees in response to help desk tickets.


Key Responsibilities:

Work with end-user employees to troubleshoot problems in Salesforce and Salesforce partner products
Provide great customer service for users across the organization in response to support requests
Research, design and develop Salesforce applications and enhancements to improve our business processes
Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts
Execute change management processes
Provide individual or group training for internal employees


Required Qualifications:

BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field
1-3 years of professional experience, education or training developing business applications
Proficiency in relational database concepts and SQL
Familiarity with ITIL practices including change control
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible team environment
Desired Qualifications:

1-3 years of professional experience as a administrator Certifications
Strong customer service ethic
Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Prior experience within and/or passion for the clean tech industry
