    eMotorWerks is an Enel Group company and a unit within the newly created division Enel X.



    Under general supervision, engage new contract manufacturers locally and abroad.  Manage current CM’s and internal team to insure production plan is adhered to. Manage the relationships, and establish communication processes that will allow for a steady flow of product from each site.  Maintain product listing, and manage BOM’s for easy CM transition. Provide coordination and leadership to ensure standard production and custom production orders are completed in a timely and cost effective fashion, communicating proactively with sales team and partner managers on status.


    Essential Functions

    • Develop new and maintain existing Contract Manufacturers locally and abroad.
    • Responsible for negotiating cost reductions over time.
    • Negotiate prices and terms with Contract Manufacturers.
    • Meet with CM’s regularly to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, and to discuss production plans.
    • Coordinate with purchasing to support long lead items with the CM.
    • Develop and maintain BOM’s and updates for easy transition to a CM.
    • Develop and maintain BOM’s (and line card) for custom products, coordinates on-time and accurate deliveries with sales.
    • Work with sales team and account managers to appropriately cost new products and packages (e.g. sub-assembly kits) for sale.
    • Support necessary pricelist and order configuration systems for smooth product fulfillment.
    • Project manage custom and standard orders to completion with internal and contract manufacturers.
    • Communicate clearly and consistently with account managers, finance, support and operations teams regarding delivery status.
    • Drive issue resolution of production items, when necessary.


    • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
    • 10 yrs. equivalent experience preferred.
    • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
