  • Overview

    This position is primarily responsible for analyzing and reporting the financial results of the energy management and power operations activities for a portfolio of power plants and power contracts. Knowledge of energy markets is preferred.


    Responsibilities, include, but not limited to: 

    • Manage settlement processes and the reporting for portfolio of power plants and power contracts.
    • Partner with Accounting Finance and Control unit to reconcile settlement statements
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
    • Support contract administration and compliance for contracts
    • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support
    • Provide Energy Market Analysis and Reporting
    • Interact with multiple departments and functional peer groups to exchange or present information.
    • Responsible to work on problems of diverse scope that require analysis of data.


    • Provide monthly and annual power plant financial performance reporting
    • Develop and maintain Energy Management group reporting
    • Provide support for projects, market compliance, regulatory filings, etc.
    • Stay current on national and local market drivers for energy and Renewable Energy Credits


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, renewable energy experience preferred
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a group
    • Strong Microsoft office skills preferred (Excel, Word, Power point)
    • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
    • Demonstrates creativity, and independent thought when solving problems
    • Builds positive relationships with internal and external groups
    • Will require understanding of functional responsibilities of all departments within the organization
