  • Overview

    Position is responsible for the management and optimization of all O&M Asset Management service Contracts and promote good relations with Strategic Partners as well as offering EGP O&M services to third parties. This global role reports to Head of Central O&M Material and Contract Management also located in EGPNA Headquarters in Andover, Ma. The primary function of this role is the standardization and globalization of Asset management agreements while establishing cooperative relationships with strategic partners and Investors all around the globe.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the Procedures and Processes on Asset Management Agreements preparation and implementation;
    • Responsible for the management, in direct support to BD or M&A in the preparation of the various agreements and documents for general management of our or third party assets according to a standardized approach;
    • Responsible for the elaboration and monitoring of pre-defined KPIs during the application of all Asset Management Contracts;
    • Responsible for reporting on the above activities on a regular basis emphasizing best practices by leveraging on other Country’s experiences and recommending improvement actions on weaknesses;
    • Responsible to establish and preserve sensible relationships with Strategic Partners by organizing periodic reunions with all relevant company representatives (CEO, Head of Procurement, Head of O&M, Competence Center, etc.);
    • Elaborate a risk matrix for Asset Management activities as well as third party services;
    • Establish and maintain an open communication in all affected Countries in order to participate in the earliest stages of eventual General Asset Management opportunities;
    • Participate, as needed, it the elaboration or review of migration contracts.
    • Interface with delegated representatives of our Strategic Partners;
    • Interface with the various Competence Centers and Country representatives in order to align on common objectives;
    • Interface with BD and/or M&A in the preparation of documentation for eventual Asset Management Agreements;
    • Manage and support the Specialist in charge of other regions (located in Rome, Italy)
    • Leads and manages the Specialist in Strategic Partnerships and Services Management located in Rome, Italy

    Qualifications

    • BS Business Administration, or related degree or a combination of education and experience
    • 5+ years of experience in Global Contract and Project Management within power plant operations and maintenance 
    • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Contract Management/Project Management
    • Knowledge of the various technologies and global experience considered a plus
    • Knowledge of power plant maintenance and operations, familiarity with general project terminology (all technologies)
    • Ability to successfully lead and manage through coordination of policies, people, and resources.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent active listening skills, and Effective interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated change management skills that clearly articulates messaging to a variety of audiences; influences others to move toward a common vision/ goal and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement
    • Ability to interpret legal documents and agreements
    • Ability to solve complex problems, and make decisions based on limited information in a timely manner
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point ; and SAP (all modules), BI, SAS preferred
    • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), Spanish/Italian definitely a plus
    • 30 % travel required (domestic and international)
