    The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Operations will work closely with the North American Shared Services Talent Acquisition Team. The primary responsibilities include: enhancing the candidate experience, diveristy programs, relocation and visa coordination.   This individual will be responsible for our ATS analytics, providing recurring dashboards and ad hoc reporting with a focus on measuring performance metrics and service level agreements.    The TA Specialist will have a strong emphasis on prioritized areas of improvement; process design/redesign work; generation of strategic insight, historical trends and reporting associated with these areas.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive Employer Brand to provide a world class candidate experience
    • Manage recruitment sourcing operations and platforms in partnership with North American recruiting teams.
    • Proactively create unique sourcing plans, by role, level and location to identify and source top talent through use of numerous channels
    • Diversity Initiatives – Manage and develop key diversity initiatives to promote workforce objectives
    • Relocation Support – will be the primary contact with relocation firm and process owner to ensure accurate and complete relocation assistance to new hires
    • Visa Support – responsible for all localization process in support on new hires
    • Design and implement Social Media programs to increase employer brand and network referral metrics to include campaign and event project management.
    • Identify creative and original sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates directly, as well as proactively acquiring new sourcing channels to increase the diversity of applicant pools
    • Analyze recruiting efforts and identify return on investment across various sources and processes Support our recruiting operations and processes
    • Design, development, and delivery of data and analytics reporting for North American Talent Acquisition (both internal and outsourced) in collaboration with global stakeholders and global team members
    • Reporting operational performance of Talent Acquisition team (internal and outsourced) to track adherence to agreed service levels and KPIs (quantitative and qualitative) and optimize work flow.
    • Design and implement Social Media programs to increase employer brand and network referral metrics to include campaign and event project management.
    • Generation of insights and business commentary to inform and guide leadership decisions and strategic goals with a focus on leveraging best practices and identifying areas of improvement to drive consistency and deliver high level of service excellence
    • Applying knowledge of internal/external business intelligence to provide input into recommendations for improvements to the delivery model, processes, technology and/or services to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience
    • At least 2 years' experience with ATS in a talent acquisition organization
    • Ability to extract data from ATS and create reports per the agreed framework for dashboards and KPIs
    • Experience with Global operations supporting Mobility programs to include visa support and relocation programs
    • Designed and developed dashboards, talent acquisition reports based on data from Applicant Tracking System
    • Lead/supported continuous improvement initiatives including but not limited to process improvements, technology enhancements, talent acquisition tools, templates and data reporting
    • Recruiting experience: talent acquisition or operations
