    This position will be responsible to be a lead within the recruiting team, and work with team members to strategize and develop a plan of action to hit monthly recruiting goals.  Focus on sourcing and developing a strong, solid pipeline of qualified candidates. Looking for a person who wants to grow and drive success in the department. Provide full life cycle of recruiting support, from requisition initiation to offer acceptance. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that facilitate acquiring the best available talent to align with business needs. Utilize proactive search methods in order to provide customers with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.


    Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:


    • Support the overall talent acquisition effort for assigned positions. Source, screen, interview, and present a diversified and high quality pool of candidates to customers in a timely manner
    • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and key customers to understand organizational talent needs and develop and implement cost-effective, efficient, and creative recruitment strategies
    • Collaborate with hiring managers, departmental leadership, and HR Business Partners throughout the employment life cycle. Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the acquisition process on candidate assessment, selection, salary, and overall offer recommendation
    • Support the leadership of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure best in class service to internal and external clients.  
    • Consult with HR Business Partners as appropriate and needed on developing offer recommendations. Negotiate employment offers
    • Coordinate, represent and participate in recruitment events (career fairs, networking events, college / university relations, professional societies, etc.) to fill open positions, maintain relationships, and to uncover talent pool for consideration. Coordinate internship programs
    • Leverage and partner effectively with outside search firms. Ensure agency deliverables are achieved
    • Comply and support all aspects of the overall talent acquisition process, policies, and related employment laws and regulations


    • B.A. or B.S in a related field required or equivalent experience
    • 5-7 plus years hiring experienced sales professionals.
    • Previous experience either leading or managing recruiters
    • Knowledge of creative sourcing and staffing strategies
    • Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques
    • Must have knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and candidate management systems
    • Ability to work independently
    • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
    • Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
