This position will be responsible to be a lead within the recruiting team, and work with team members to strategize and develop a plan of action to hit monthly recruiting goals. Focus on sourcing and developing a strong, solid pipeline of qualified candidates. Looking for a person who wants to grow and drive success in the department. Provide full life cycle of recruiting support, from requisition initiation to offer acceptance. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that facilitate acquiring the best available talent to align with business needs. Utilize proactive search methods in order to provide customers with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.
