Provide analysis and support for product structuring and related pricing and strategy for proposals inluding auctions/utility, corporate, broker requests:
Using existing business/economicmodel tools, to provide modeling support for the Commercial Office team transactions.
Refining the operational model to optimize the economic returns.
Works with the Business Development, Finance, Valuation, Global Trading and Commercial Office teams to streamline the sales support processes.
Integrate the various commercial contract (Power Purchase Agreement “PPA”) terms into the revenue model, defining and updating the model, evaluating in real time the various objective clauses of the negotiation in coordination with the units of Global Trading, Finance, Legal, Risk. Valuation and Business Development;
Support the PPA origination and evaluation process in both binding and non-binding phases.
Sharing best practices with other Commercial Office units
Takes initiative, review modeling & quoting tools, provides feedback on areas for operational improvements
Capture market information and help to identify market opportunities.
Comfortable working in a group with several ongoing concurrent projects.

Knowledge of the North America energy sector, in particular: electricity markets, corporate consumers and renewable technologies.
Knowledge of financing for renewable projects including tax equity
Knowledge of project evaluation, creation or management of mathematical models is preferable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Knowledge of application of appropriate business modeling methodologies and toolsets
