  • Overview

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP will act as a consultant to management on HR related issues. The successful HRBP will act as employee champion and change agent, assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate needs proactively within the HR department and with business management seeking to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP works with other areas in HR to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business – long and short term goals, culture and staffing.


    • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate/needed
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
    • Conduct 90 day check in with new employees of assigned business units
    • Support on expat and mobility process; assist international employees with expatriate assignments, immigration issues and related HR matters
    • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management(coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc)
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
    • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
    • Provide guidance and support on business unit organizational issues, restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
    • Create and maintain accurate position descriptions for assigned business units
    • Identify training needs within assigned business units and collaborate with Talent Development on successful implementation
    • Partner with HR Planning/Organization on organization improvement solutions
    • Manage exit interview process and analysis
    • The HRBP will be actively involved in various companywide programs and initiatives to promote our company culture, and other projects as needed.


    • Minimum of 5-7 years as a generalist/HR business partner.
    • Bachelor’s degree
