The Communications department within Enel Green Power North America manages all internal and external communications activities within the company, including branding, corporate events, media and public relations, digital communications and internal communications throughout the US and Canada.
We are seeking a passionate Communications Specialist to join the team and who will support overall department initiatives, with a focus on event and branding projects. This person will report to the Corporate Branding & Events Manager and will work closely with other parts of the Communications team, other departments and key third party vendors, as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, some branding and events background, be detail-oriented, and will proactively seek understanding and engagement with the necessary internal and external parties critical to accomplishing the required tasks.
o Manage department’s budget reporting and analysis
o Manage invoicing, contracts and timely payments process.
