    We're seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help fuel Enel North America’s growth. This is a full time temporary opportunity. 

     

    Provide recruitment sourcing support, from requisition initiation to offer acceptance. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that facilitate acquiring the best available talent to align with business needs. Utilize proactive search and souricing methods in order to provide customers with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct support to Recruiters to proactively source and pipeline candidates to meet the growing needs of the company.
    • Utilizes Applicant Tracking Software to ensure accuracy in open positions, job posting, candidate flow, and related system tasks.
    • Handle daily tasks to include; Applicant Tracking Software, Job Postings and Job Boards, and Social Sourcing.
    • Actively develops and engages in key recruiting strategies to meet diversity goals for the organization.
    • Strong involvement in business and on-line networking groups and integrates learning into continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Prefer an HR or related field of study but not required.
    • 3-5 years of direct sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced,agency and or professional corporate setting.
    • A wide range of experience with different functions is preferred, technology recruiting experience is required.
    • Shows a clear passion for finding talent and an ability to effectively communicate and influence career choice decisions.
    • Demonstrated skill in using LinkedIn and other social networking tools to directly source candidates.
    • Excellent partnership skills, knows how to effectively work with ercruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and evaluate candidates within organizational policies and budgets.
    • Ability to represent the company in an enthusiastic & positive manner.
    • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and business units with a positive and professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; intermediate skills in Word and Excel and ICIMS
